Necklaces, Bracelets & Rings: You may exchange these items within 14 days of purchase, either in-store or online, as long as they are in unworn and new condition. Please ensure you have the original receipt and packaging for a smooth exchange process.

 

Earrings & Piercings: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept exchanges or refunds on earrings or piercings, unless the item is faulty.

 

Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will happily offer a refund or exchange. Please contact us as soon as possible with details of the issue, and we will assist you promptly.
