All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia within 2–3 business days of purchase.

Please note that some items may take up to 14 business days to manufacture or source due to limited stock. If any delay occurs, we’ll contact you promptly to keep you updated.

We ship via Australia Post and offer the following options:

  • Standard Shipping: $10.00 AUD — 2–5 business days (includes tracking)
  • Express Shipping: $15.00 AUD — 1–3 business days (includes tracking)
  • Free Standard Shipping: For orders over $70.00 AUD
  • Free Express Shipping: For orders over $150.00 AUD

International

Return and Exchange

Online Orders

In the interest of hygiene and for your protection, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Refunds or replacements are only offered for items that are faulty.

If you believe you’ve received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

We’ll assess the product and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.

In-Store Purchases

For hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns or exchanges on earrings, piercings, or any worn jewellery, unless the item is faulty. Please inspect items carefully before purchase.

For all other items, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

  • You present the original receipt or proof of purchase, and
  • The item is in its original condition and packaging

We’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size, or damage caused by misuse or general wear and tear.
